Winter season – Front Desk

Front Desk duties are:
  • Respond to guest inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner,
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs and reservations in a friendly and enthusiastic way,
  • Consistently complete detail-oriented work in a timely manner,
  • Answer the phone and reply to emails,
  • Snow shovelling when the weather decide
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Fluent/Business level in English and Japanese required,
  • Previous experiences in the Tourism industry or Hospitality Diploma is a plus,
  • Be a hard worker but also fun, innovative and willing to learn,
  • A punctual individual with a high standard of personal hygiene,
  • Attention to detail
We provide to our staff:
  • Hourly pay, depending on property and experience. To be discussed during the interview.

Candidates for all positions must possess a Japanese passport or valid work/working holiday visa at the time of the winter season.
