Winter Season - Restaurant Manager

2025/2026

General Staff duties are:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to maintain service flow
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas
  • Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak at least conversational Japanese
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holiday
