Winter Season – Driver

‍Driving duties are:

• Safely operate the shuttle on scheduled routes.
• Provide a helpful and welcoming experience for guests during transfers.
• Conduct routine checks and perform basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• Assist with vehicle cleaning.
• Support hotel-related shopping trips.
• Help with rubbish removal.
• Assist with snow shovelling as needed.

From time to time, you will as well work as a general assistant:

• Ensuring that the rooms and common areas are always kept clean, neat and tidy,
• Preparing rooms for guests prior to arrival,
• Perform minor cleaning during guest stays,
• Report necessary repairs to be performed,
• Snow shovelling when the weather decides,

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• You will bring your lively personality and sense of fun and hard work,
• Be able to communicate in English. Speaking Japanese is a plus but not required,
• Professional attitude,
• Valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Japanese Driver’s License is required.
• Previous driving experience (shuttle or similar vehicles) is preferred.
• Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
• Comfortable with flexible duties and helping out across the team.
• Able to work in winter conditions (including snow shoveling as needed).
• Minimum fitness as the job can be physically challenging in high season,
• Basic maintenance experience is a bonus, but not required.
